    charcoal pills
    my shoulders are aching like mad. it's as if i've carried a thousand tons of rice and walked up Mt. Fuji, ran through the Great Wall of China and crawled home after traveling around the globe or maybe the whole universe.

    heavy bag for two days & chair arranging.. i just thank God that i can still lift my hands and type lol
