    100 degrees
    went school for an hour of lecture and off we went to City Hall. we were suppose to do our project by evaluating restaurants services - went to Cafe Cartel, Swensens, Raffles Hotel and Ritz Carlton. it was a super hot hot hot hot hot hot day can!!! once you step out of the mall... you will turn into a dripping corn after 10sec can [i'm exaggerating lol!] but it's just very HOT, get me right? hahaha and so.. we ate at Cartel, desert-ed at Swensens and drank at Carlton. and, we couldn't find any place at Raffles, sad :/
